Refund policy
Please contact us at contact@rokutcghouse.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment to report any problems (e.g., damaged items, wrong order, etc.). Please provide an explanation of the issue.
Once we review your request, we’ll provide a return address for the item(s). Returns must be shipped back in the condition they were received.
After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
